Join a ladder

Choose your level (NTRP 2.5 to 5.0) and the format you want — singles, doubles, or mixed. You're placed in a division with players at your level across Greater Charlotte.

Challenge players

Send a direct challenge to anyone in your division, or post an open match on the Match Board. Both players agree on time and court — no league scheduler in the middle.

Track your rank

Submit the score, your opponent confirms, and the ladder updates in real time. Every confirmed match moves your ranking — climb your division one win at a time.

Every detail, made for tennis.

We started TennisLadder because rec leagues were either too rigid (fixed schedules, team commitments) or too loose (random pickup, no real progression). This is the middle path.

Find players at your level

Every active player in Greater Charlotte, organized by NTRP level and format. Send a direct challenge or pick up an open match — no more spamming WhatsApp groups.

Schedule on your own time

You and your opponent agree on the time and the court, through challenges and the in-app chat. Accepted matches can be added straight to your calendar.

Honest, transparent ranking

Your ladder position is calculated from confirmed matches against real opponents in your division, and updates as soon as a score is confirmed. No mystery algorithm.

Score confirmation built in

Both sides sign off on every result before it counts. Disputes are handled in the app, and if an opponent doesn't show, you can claim a forfeit win.

Privacy on court

Your phone number stays hidden unless you choose to share it. Coordinate through the in-app chat, and report or block anyone who crosses the line.

Three ways to play

Pick your format.

Singles for the purists, doubles for the regulars, mixed for the social players. You can be in all three at once if you want.

Singles ladder

Classic 1v1, in men's and women's ladders. Rankings update after every confirmed match. Best of 3 sets, with a 10-point match tiebreak as the third set.

Doubles league

Same ladder structure, in pairs — men's and women's ladders. Register a team of 2 to 4 players, so a substitute can step in when someone can't make it.

Mixed doubles

One man, one woman on court per side. The social format — relaxed atmosphere but a real ranking. Teams of up to 3 players. Great for couples and friends.
